The ICONDIS shipping container exchange is a closed professional platform fully protected against fake listings.
Unlike ordinary classified boards, ICONDIS does not allow private individuals or third-party users to post offers. The platform is integrated with the management systems of container terminals and logistics companies. Its users are exclusively terminal owners and their official clients.
A container can be listed on the Exchange only through a terminal's or terminal client's account, and only if it is physically present at the yard.
As soon as a container is sold, released, or moved off the terminal, its listing is automatically removed from the system. This rules out outdated offers and keeps the data accurate in real time.
In short:
✔ only real containers are listed on the site
✔ photos are only those uploaded by the terminal at gate-in; adding photos later is not possible
✔ every container is physically located at an operating terminal
✔ fake or "empty" listings cannot be published
